Action 3
During Action 3 the experience of the Centre will be disseminated and there will be taken the attempts to use the model of such a Centre in the State Plan for Employment Activities and use the innovative skills in the professions' and specializations' structures.

Program of the Partnership's activity within the Action 3 includes:

  1. dissemination of good practices of employment maintenance for groups "45+w" raised as the consequence of the activity of the Centre among the Development Partnerships, local partners and employment agencies oriented to the problems of the groups "SME-roi" and/or "45+m";

  2. up to date transfer of the experience and conclusions from the Centre activity to the central authorities, parliament commissions and public employment services; presentation of the Centre to the deciders elaborated the State Plan for Employment Activities as the model mechanism which has the positive influence on the work and employment market and as the innovative model of the informal vocational training in ITI (vertical mainstreaming);

  3. participation in the meetings and other activities within the State Informative Network and European Subject Group.
