The main goal of the Action 2 is the creation of the model Center named RENOWATOR for Training - Consulting - Probation for
groups "45+" and "w" and for the management staff "SME-roi", the key task of which will be certification of the innovative skills,
creation and dissemination the base of the certified specialists and supporting their employment.
Program of the Partnership's activity within the Action 2 includes:
- organization of the model Center supporting the adaptation of the groups "SME-roi" and the
equalization of the groups "45+w;
- detailed researches SME, maintained by KIG, constituting the groups of participants "SME-roi"
and "45+w", as well as supported by the social dialog organizations and the web portal Kobiety.pl, directed to increase women's
participation in the groups "45+w";
- reports from inquiries - identification and classification of needs of the groups "SME-roi" and "45+w",
profiling/personification of the Center's programs with the cooperation of the participants; employment of the staff required for the
Center's activity;
- elaboration of the (tele)educational resources in cooperation with the trainees from the groups "45+w",
taking the advantage of the (among others) TeleEdu application, for achievement of ITI skills; organization of e-learning platform supporting
(tele)educational and instructional of the Center;
- organization and providing the vocational education and training for groups "45+w" arranged in the
Center as the stationary or distant courses, which include the participants in works of the Center; organization of trainings for
vocational preparation in the enterprises; education of the management staff from the groups "SME-roi" on
subject: management of the innovative changes and ITI;
- certificating achieved skills ITI; dissemination of the information about certified skills of the
participants and providing the vocational education on-line by the Center for the purpose to support the employment and transfer of
the participants in the groups "SME-roi";
- franchising TeleEdu technology on the promotion conditions;
- project dissemination in Poland and in the International Partnership countries e.g. for the exchange
of (tele)educational resources and experience in the field of supporting the vocational renovation and employment maintaining;
- certified specialists database dissemination and facilitate their employment by the Polish Chamber of Commerce
(KIG) and the cooperation with EURES network;
- initial evaluation study of inequalities on the job market in the International Partnership
countries;
- monitoring and evaluation on-line of the Action 2; final survey, efficiency and effectiveness study of the
Center activity
