Action 1 Description
Schedule of Action      Realization
Action 1
During Action 1 the initial survey and consultations in SME were conducted in the aim to acquire opinions of potential program's participants on "SME-roi" groups and "45+w" needs of groups of employees in scope of utilizing innovative information technologies for increasing competitiveness and leveling employment chances on the labor market, respectively. Results of survey's data statistical analysis allowed defining general programs of Center's actions, considering information derived from the survey, referring to innovative information skills needed and tasks expected for newly-skilled specialists.

Program of the Partnership's activity within the Action 1 included:

  1. quality and quantity evaluation of the "SME-roi" and "45+w" groups in ITI scope for increasing competitiveness of those groups on the market;

  2. elaboration in the cooperation with SME the educational schedules, improvement and surveys for Action 2;

  3. contraction agreement about Development Partnership, constitute to assure the job market institutions and "SME-roi" participation;

  4. contraction of the International Partnerships to exchange the experience, good practices, (tele)educational resources and to promote the employment of specialists certified in ITI;

  5. preparing the technical-administration, formal-law and monitoring-evaluation database for the Partnership actions;

  6. monitoring and evaluation on-line Action 1 and report's preparing
